Mom’s got Game!
Ashlyn and I went to the mall after we got back from our “fun” trip. Mostly so I could embarass her by walking around next to her in my GINORMOUS sweats. We had a snack at the food court so I went to the little chinese place while she was getting a pretzel. On my way, I made eye contact with a guy passing me, and he was all “Well, Hellooooo.” I said Hi, and quickly averted my eyes. A) I’m married and B) Even if I weren’t he wasn’t my type. So I get my stuff and meet Ashlyn at the table. She says to me, a guy was totally checking you out when you passed him. I said, “Blue coat guy?” “Yeah! That’s him!”, she replies. I told her about our little exchange, and she apparently watched it as it happened and saw him after I passed him by. He turned around and checked me out from the back. Ewwww right? It’s worse than that, remember, my clothes were like 3 sizes too big. I had no makeup on, because I hadn’t really planned on doing a whole lot. And my hair was just, there. I was NOT attractive.
So Ashlyn says to me, “I just don’t get it. You are 38 years old and married, can go out in those crappy clothes, no makeup and you have more game than your 17 year old daughter. That’s just sad. You gotta teach me.” I say to her, grinning, “That’s not something that you can teach, you either got game, or you do not got game.” Muahahahahaha LOL

That’s great…showing up your own daughter on her birthday. What are you going to do next? Throw a sunball in her face face and post the picture on your blog?…oh wait, never mind.
Ahhhh I’m not that mean! Her birthday was in October, yesterday was just a normal day. So it was ok. However, if I threw a sunball in her face, wouldn’t she vaporize? ::evil grin::

Ooooo, you are a baaaaaaaad woman! Give yourself another $25 fine!
You know, it’s the confidence, the swagger, the comfort of being in your own skin…oh, and that Asian blood!
You go girl!
We be HOT!
It’s so true all of that. That’s the biggest difference between her and me, I’ve always been a
conceited bitchconfident female since I discovered boys. She’s still coming into her own. I have faith she’ll get there, and I am in no hurry for her to.January 24th, 2007 at 8:51 am
Heh heh I tell you, kids these days!!!

Thats funny! I can’t imagine someone checking me out over my 15yo daughter, lol. She, thankfully, sends off vibes that say “Back off!” She is gorgeous but never has guys going after her, except one guy she met in France. And she freaked out! But she did gather her wits about her and let him down kindly saying she was not ready to look for a husband yet, so she isn’t dating. Not that she could date him while he is in France, hehe. (he’s someone everyone in our family IM’s with, my dh met him, too, so we allow contact)
I guess you could call it a compliment, but one day someone asked if my 14yo ds was the dad of my newborn with ME. LOL Gross on so many levels, but do I look that young? Or do I look that sick?
