Things For You To Do While I am Sick and Unentertaining…
Ashlyn and I went to the Dr. this morning to find out that while we don’t have strep throat, thank goodness, we do have sinus infections turning into bronchitis and she needs to be out of school tomorrow as well. Yikes!
So since I’m not my usual plucky self, I have found a few things for you guys to do while I’m recuperating:
1) Go vote for ME any of the fine bloggers who have been nominated at the Share the Love Blog Awards. Today is the last day for preliminary voting!
2) Go visit my renter! The Life of a Neurotic Mom has the nice space to the right here, just click her picture and go! She’s talking about HER renter today, and let me tell you, that one is a hoot too!
3) Go visit Skeezix the Cat’s blog, he’s posted his Valentine to Daisy the Kerly Cat. It’s the cutest Valentine ever! He worked really hard on it! That Daisy is one lucky kitty!
4) I’ve just added two friends to my blogroll. My friend cybrpunk met his wife, Barina, on the internets! They got married and moved to Hong Kong from St. Louis 7 months ago with their furchildren. They’re just now starting their blogs up, thank goodness, so we’ll get pictures and accounts of their adventures. How exciting!
5) Really, you could go visit any of the blogs on my “Links” page. They’re all great reads, I have the best bloggy friends ever.
6) You could watch paint dry, but that’s not very much fun. I recommend you do 1-5 instead.
Hopefully, I’ll be up and at ‘em soon. The doc says I just need a couple more days. See what a courteous and ever mindful of your needs kind of hostess I am? LOL

Nope, it’s just a one time voting dealy to select the “finalists” for each category, through today. Then the “final” voting begins. And I like your site, especially that eye pleasing sea green color!

I hope you feel better soon! I have been wondering if I have bronchitis now, my cough is lingering and I have a deep rattle in my chest. BLAH!

Well, my Dad said if you’re going to do something, you might as well do it right. You aren’t really sick unless your coughing up body parts.

Yep, that Skeezix, what a cool cat! I can’t believe he made a valentine for me! I am very, very, very excited! And we are going to the valentine party together! YAY!

I hope you were given some seriously heavy duty drugs to combat the ickies. The only thing worse than being sick is being sick alongside a sick munchkin.

Ugh, so sorry you guys are still feeling under the weather. Hope you’re both tons better really soon. Take those meds and get some rest, and feel better
